Been going here for 4 years, always delicious, kind workers, looks old and unkept but that’s because they focus on the food! love it! Have tried many others, but nothing compares!

They have dim sum carts! Tasty food in a not so clean setting. Perfect! We go here at least once a month. Be prepared to wait about 20 min during weekends and lunch.

Best dim sum in the region. I've been going for almost 10 years and they never try changing their recipes to water down their quality. Always delicious and the service is amazing. I bring all my friends from out of town here for some food worthy of bragging to their friends back at home.

I’m surprised at the high ratings I see here. We got take out today as it was one of the few dim sum places that were still open. The best thing about this place are the low prices compared to the other restaurants around. Unfortunately taste and quality were not quite there. For example, the shrimp dumplings had a mushy texture in the filling and bits of shrimp shell were found in each dumpling which I had to spit out. I have never experienced this at any dim sum restaurant before. Some dishes were better than others but my partner said that the meal was not satisfying and I agreed.

Extremely friendly service.Food quality isn’t top notch but its price is relatively low compared with other dim sum places, and they don’t charge for the tea. I like the fact that they push the dim sum cart around for customers to choose from.

Used to be my go-to for dimsum, now it's just way too pricey. Might as well go to a fancier place at the same price. But service is still great (I love the red highlight manager!)

The place is a little bit of mess. Some dishes are broken need to change them. Some special dishes are good. I think some problem like Chinese restaurant. Using too much fired for food. The price now is going to higher. I think it's too expensive.

This place is really cheap and delicious! Still have the carts going around too. I'm honestly surprised at how delicious everything was. I think we only paid like $80 for 11 people with left overs too.

Now the restaurant have improved order and service butter than before. But now price is higher . Each dish $4.80.

Their dimsum and plate items are pretty good. It's a bit of a hole in the wall restaurant but people are friendly and food is reasonable priced. Their beef brisket rice was very flavourful with only a few pieces though. The wonton noodle was good.

Well priced and great dim sum! I love that they come around with the carts for you to pick the foods you want.

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant with the best food. Very good customer service. I love in Langley and I drive all the way to coquitlam just to eat at this restaurant because it is worth it.

I’d been craving dim sum for weeks and after a quick google search, I found that this place came highly recommended. We were not disappointed! We arrive around 6:30 and we were the only ones there. This worked in our favour, as we didn’t have to wait for food, and everything was so fresh and piping hot! Our server was fabulous. The perfect balance of attentive and letting us enjoy our meal. 100/100 would always recommend and we will be returning again soon! And I can’t wait for my leftovers for lunch tomorrow 😋

A little hole in the wall place that we stumbled upon. Sure glad we did! GREAT dim sum at decent prices. It's not the most fancy place out there. But better quality and quantity than most.

This is pretty good real Chinese food with the old style push carts of dim sum during the day (though you can still get sweet and sour pork and other westernized dishes)! If you know Chinese, you can request really anything. And it comes out fast.The cooks know what they're doing and the servers are actually nice and remember regulars (which I find rare in more traditional Chinese restaurants). A few don't speak English very well, but they try. The proprietor is one of the hardest working people ever and I've seen the same roster of servers for years and years.There's a lot of seating but it gets really full during weekend afternoons for dim sum, even though dim sum is available every day all day - the wait is usually not too long. We get dim sum here regularly and can be full and happy and out in 35 minutes.Pro tip: I buy a dozen frozen no mi gai (streamed wrapped sticky rice and meat) from them to take home from time to time and steam them for quick easy lunches.

Old school push cart dim sum. Small place and quite crowded, especially with the food carts it is elbow to elbow. Loud, busy atmosphere. Food is good, generally.

We have been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years as it is close to our home.The food is tasty and the service is fast. The egg rolls were cold. They didn’t bring out the egg plant we ordered for a very long time and we asked 3 x. We also had to ask a few times for water! We love coming here!

Food is good , but place looks dirty

Dim Sum was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Should you want something they don't have on their cart, they will make sure you get it right away. It's truly a traditional Chinese Dim Sum they served. I would definately tell our friends to go there.

Good tasty food. Everything was hot and fresh. Had a set menu house soup was great curry fish was delicious. Waitress was very nice and accommodating. Will be back to try the dim sum for sure.
